1. Jesus teaches us to go where people are, to treat others as we would want to be treated and, above all, to love, to respect, to listen, to recognize and to admire our fellow men 2. Jesus teaches us that we must change our behavior, embracing our opponents, joining our hearts and putting our cheek against theirs, looking for the spiritual Truth ... because the negotiation is not a fight, negotiation is debate where all the involved parts must win. 3. Jesus teaches us to use the power of the word, because words have the power to help or to destroy our neighbor, a word of encouragement, in the right moment, can strengthen the soul of the one who is suffering, and a criticism badly formulated can destroy more than a weapon.4. Jesus teaches us to generate confidence, because He knows that success depends, to a great extent, on the confidence we have in ourselves, our self-esteem, and the confidence we generate around us. 5. Jesus teaches us not to worry for what people say behind our backs, because the criticism of the enemy creates nothing and contributes nothing, 6. Jesus them to redeem their errors and to demonstrate to the world how much they areteaches us to give new opportunities to our fellows, showing them their errors without attacking them, having an open heart, allowing worth. 7. Jesus teaches us to look for solutions, to help others to think, to make decisions, to analyze the problem from its causes, alternatives, risks and opportunities; and to know that we will be criticized by those that did not dare to make any decision … for fear or insecurity. 8. Jesus teaches us to value all equally, that no person is Superior to another, that we are all children of the Lord and that we have the same value before Him; that nobody is better than another; that nobody is more intelligent than another; that we can have more or less education, more or less information, different culture, but do not have more or less intelligence... because we must identify the aptitudes and skills to each one of the members of the group and help him to develop his own personality 9. Jesus teaches us to use different methods of education to reach our group: stories, parables, prayers, symbolic language, speeches, questions, case studies, repetition, induction, motivation by means of projects, are some of the examples He used. 10. Jesus teaches us to look for change, because he introduced change. He taught us a new way of seeing things. He demonstrated that it is not necessary to change the laws to change our hearts, minds and feelings; because every change is complex, not in itself, but for what it represents in us, because we are all afraid of the unknown -and to change is to confront something we do not know- even when we know that it is better than what we have.11. Jesus teaches us to set objectives and goals for ourselves, because that way the groups will reinforce their motivation and they will find a new source of inspiration that will help them to overcome the inevitable obstacles they will face . But set concrete, specific and fundamentally realistic objectives and goals.12. Jesus teaches us to foresee the future, to plan -because planning is to determine where one wants to be in the future- and to execute the necessary actions to get, with confidence and without fears, to that place.
13. Jesus teaches us to delegate, to share responsibilities in a planned and organized way, because time is the most scarce resource and, in order not to waste it, we have to administer it wisely. Delegating, not only we have more time to do the really important things, but we also help the members of our group to develop their potential, which increases the efficacy of the whole team.
14. Jesus teaches us that a reward is not simply a prize for the work done, it is, especially, a prize for the cooperation and responsibility in every item we tackle, because in a group, everyone has a role to play, where all the roles are equally important, where every person in the team is valuable and his cooperation necessary to achieve the well-being of the group
15. Jesus taught us that we must establish useful laws or codes, as support, to define the functional and real structure of the group, as well as details regarding control, responsibility and the channels of communication between all the members, because people are neither all good nor all bad, they form a unit that contains Wisdom, Experience, Vices and Virtues. And it is in the balance of these where good and evil reside.
16. Jesus taught us to be creative; He educates us so that this locomotive we all have inside, that is called creativity, work, and thus put in motion our imagination, looking for ideas that improve our life and that of our fellow men.
